A brief update

In the last week or so Rachel has experienced intermittent dizziness and visual disturbances. Some days not feeling safe to drive. She has had couple of falls as well. The doctor ordered a head MRI that was done on Saturday and we found out today was totally normal. Her labs were normal today, good white count and she did receive her chemo today. The best part was that the port site is now clear enough and they were able to use it today. This made the time in infusion go much smoother. No IV placement needed. Emotionally, she is doing better managing her stress with scrap-booking, journaling, and devotionals. Keeping herself productive and re-learning her body as things change is helping her to better manage day to day life. In two weeks she will have another ultrasound of the tumor area to monitor progress of the chemo. Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
Also, any lurkers out there who want to be added to the blog update email list send me an email to maow333@gmail.com. I have figured out how to suppress the recipient list from being public.
